Under the God-ordained leadership of Cecilia Duncan, Hillsview Community Center operates as a hands-on extension of the Gospel, a place where faith is made visible through radical generosity. As Ministry Leader, Sister Duncan stewards a Christ-centered mission that transforms the command to "love your neighbor" into a tangible, weekly act of worship.
Alongside co-leader Ms. Irma Russell, she ensures that every visitor is not merely given clothing but is received with dignity, prayer, and the undeniable love of Jesus Christ. This is not a thrift store; it is a kingdom outpost. Every garment is prayed over, every volunteer serves as a minister of presence, and every item given is a declaration that God sees, values, and provides for His people.

Completely free — no barriers, no fees, no judgment
Free clothing for men of all sizes including shirts, pants, jackets, belts, shoes, and seasonal attire. Every item is clean, sorted, and ready to wear.
Free clothing for women including tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, shoes, accessories, and professional attire for job interviews.
Free clothing for children of all ages including shirts, pants, jackets, shoes, and school uniforms. Helping families clothe their growing kids.
Free baby clothes from newborn to toddler, including onesies, sleepers, blankets, bibs, and essential baby items for new parents.
Free household essentials including dishes, cookware, linens, towels, small kitchen items, and basic home goods to help families stabilize.
Every visitor receives prayer and encouragement. Our volunteers are trained to listen, care, and pray with you about any need or concern.
We believe that serving our community is not just an activity but an act of worship. Every item given, every prayer offered, and every hand extended is doing God's will on earth as it is in heaven.
Every person who walks through our doors is a child of God, created in His image and worthy of dignity, respect, and unconditional love. We serve without judgment.
